Sonia Gasa - Marketing, concept development, sales and communication
Partner and co-founder of the consulting firm RETAIL TECH, which advises companies in the food and retail business on strategy and specialized operations. Previously, she served for eight years as Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications at The Eat Out Group, one of the leading modern restaurant groups in Spain, which owns brands such as Pans & Company, Ribs, or Dehesa Santa Maria and has a strong presence in the world of airport concessions. She also currently works as a marketing consultant for various companies.
She is an expert in retail and food-service with broad experience in brand and concept creation and development, consumer knowledge, pricing strategies, communication, media (online and offline) and PR. Sonia Gasa has a Law Degree from the Pompeu Fabra University and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from IESE. In 2014, she completed the Food Chain and Agribusiness Strategic Programme (Spanish acronym – ADECA) at the SAN TELMO Institute (Seville).
Sonia Gasa has also been a member of industry associations, as well as a board member of the Cluster Foodservice de Catalunya.
